Help with my dog walking tonight

Hey everyone,
I had a question about the calories i burned tonight walking my dog.
I did a pretty brisk 20 min walk (have no choice as my dogs pretty much makes me run to keep up with him) and my HRM showed my heart rate in the 130`s and after 20 mins showed i burned 198 calories.
Now what i was wondering is if i was to wear my HRM just sitting say watching tv for those 20 mins it would still show about 40-50 calories burned just sitting around so do you think i should deduct some calories from the 198?
Also doing my treadmill today i burned 400 should i do the same and deduct some?

your body burns calories just breathing etc.
that part of your calorie goal that mfp sets
if you do EXTRA exercise thats extra calories burned
just sitting around watching tv in your normal so i wouldnt worry about it
post what your hrm burned as exercise & dont worry about deducting for sitting around0 -
i dont think so because when you set your goals it calculates how many calories you burn daily from your level of activity on an average day. we burn calories breathing sleeping etc0
