well i was doing great so far this week. i lost 3 ibs this week alone which i felt great about becasue i wasn't even trying to lose that much this week, i would have been happy if i lost only 1! but then today ( i knew this would happen yesterday when it came up) at work everyone decided to bring in all these goodies for pre-football tailgating. and man talk about temptation the table is less than 5 ft away from me! So of course i have been snacking, somewhat crazily (not too crazy). but i made myself workout for 1hr and 20mins today to try and accomadate. Well although i am not over my calorie intake and i proabably won't be i feel bad for giving in to all the temptation. but i have been under my calorie intake everyday this week, so i keep trying to tell myself that i am making up for the other days as well as i am so hungry becasue i burned so much energy. i am not feeling too down but down enough that it is bothering me. I am sure i will be fine besides i will be away from the temptation and back in full effect tomorrow!

We have all been there, and if we decided to eat only salads for the rest of our lives, there is no possible way that we would be able to do it. We would all drop diets so fast it would make your head spin.
That said, everything in moderation for the next time you get the munchie monster on your back. a little of the treat will satisfy your sweet tooth. and you can keep going.
