Cellulite?

Any tips on how to get rid of cellulite? I've always heard it doesn't go away and it's there because of losing/gaining quickly. Is this true? I have cellulite on my butt and mainly the back of my thighs that drives me nuts!!!

Ive used Nivea's Anti-Cellutlit treatment for 3 weeks paired witha skin firming lotion and it has helped with the appearance, now given I also only stopped a couple of days ago so I cant tell you if it gets worse again without use. But they have a fast acting serum and then a regular gel cream. I started with the serum for 4 days (its says 5-7 but I wasnt buying a second bottle because I am combining therapies) then the rest of the 3 weeks I used the gel cream. Now I just use Jergens skin firming lotion. Once finances get better I want to do another round of the Nivea, I will have also lost more weight by then0

Ive also heard once a week body wraps (at $65 a pop though!!) help but I havent had the funds to try it. The person who SWORE by it did them weekly for 3 months but I can say her cellutlite was virtually gone and 3 months later it didnt look like any had come back0

I haven't tried it, but I have a friend who swears by hot yoga (Bikram yoga?). Seriously -- she says after several months of hot yoga, she had NO cellulite even though she still had weight to lose, and she noticed that seemed to be the norm for long-timers in the class -- no cellulite.0
