The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours total in the month of April!

    You can log it in here.. daily or weekly its up to you.

    I will post mine daily

    This is how the outline I use to keep track of my exercise:

    April 1: (enter length and description of workout you complete here) ex. 44 min eliptical
    April 2:
    etc.

    Total: 0 hrs 0 min. 0/1440 minutes
