I've been off the wagon for a while, way too busy with work lately. Over the summer, I got into running and have been missing it. I want to get back now that I've got work almost under control, but I've never been able to run in the cold. Any tips?

I just make sure to bundle up. I actually had to wear a sweatshirt today, blah! But, i guess it's that time to break out the long sleeves

My daughter has asthma and struggles badly when it's cold - run in sunlight (little warmer) and make sure you breath - slow the pace if your huffing and puffin a bit

today is about 10-12 degress celcius here sun is shining. I have to layer, bra, tshirt long sleeved shirt and windbreaker, it is quite windy this time of year too, very hard on my ears, I have my mp3 in,but also head a head band around my ears.

It sucks. loved going out in shorts and a t-shirt.

I use a fleece headband to keep my ears warm. Wear a dryfit shirt closest to your body to absorb the sweat...otherwise you'll be very very cold when you're done.

On the positive side of running in the cold, I always run faster in the cold! Especially the first 10-15 minutes as I warm up. I also drink warm water after running in the cold weather ... I chill down really fast in my chest when Im finished.
