How often does everyone weigh themselves?
I've been getting on the scale every morning. Should I drop it down to just once a week? I feel like I might notice more of a difference if I don't get on the scale EVERY day. It's addictive... Ah!

I do it once a week, same day every week. Always do it first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom and always wear the same thing!0

yes it is addictive. I weigh myself maybe twice a week. But i officially weigh myself on Fridays. I might weigh myself during the week just to see if am doing any good, but that doesn't help me all the time. One time i got on the scal and it said i lost 1lb then i got onthere the next day and it said that i had los 4lbs.Overnight...0

Weighing is super addictive. I suggest once a week and put away the scale so it doesn't tempt you. Same time of day every week so that it's the most consistent.0

I usually do it every morning at the same time......but this week im leaving it for a week to see if i lose much weight in the week!! Its something to look forward to!!!0

I weigh myself once a week, if i did it anymore i would drive myself crazy.0

Every morning! But be prepared for the highs and lows!! Once a week is actually recommended!0

I weigh myself every morning as well. It really is addictive. I do take in account the natural fluctuations. My official weigh in is on Monday morning.0

I weigh in officially 1x a week, occasionally twice if I'm participating in a challenge and want a mid-week weight to give. I don't recommend daily weigh-ins because your weight fluctuates daily for a number of reasons and it might be discouraging to step on one day and see you've "gained" two pounds since the day before.0

i admit i have an addiction to weighing in every am also...i actually made my fiance hide teh scale last week but i have such a problem that i found it the next day and weighed in.....hes kinda lazy so the scale didnt make it far from the bathroom..... i would suggest weighing in once a week tho on whatever day works best for you. im fond on weighing in on thursdays, it works out good if you seem to stray from your dieting and exercising during the weekends... if you want to weigh in on the same day and share results i could probably stay off the scale a little easier knowing that someone else has to do the same...lemme know....and good luck!0

God I hear you and it's sooo depressing!0

I weigh myself every morning, just to see if I am on track. However I learned not to take it too seriously.0

I weigh every morning. Always have, always will. It something my mind needs to "remind" myself that I'm dieting and need to be good for myself each day. I know that I'm only supposed to weight once a week, but it doesn't work for me.0

I think I might make Thursdays my weigh in day. That sounds good. haha0

If I weigh myself every day, I might go back to old habits and the EDNOS might flare up.
So, I weigh every monday morning. Go pee, get naked, and step on that scale praying.
It was hard to cut back to once a week, but once I did it a few weeks it was okay. Once I tried every 2 weeks but that drove me insane so back to once a week I go!0 -
I'm obessive compulsive...I weigh all the time like a goof-ball.0
