Logging Gum/Crystal Light

So I log my crystal light/sugar free kool aid packets that I drink during the day. (10 cals per pkg or so)
What I don't log is my gum. And some days I chew up to 6 pieces a day.... is this hindering things? It's Extra sugar free, which has about 5 cals per stick I believe.
Do you log gum? Should I seriously start logging gum? Is that being to obsessive?

That is really....really...silly. Even logging vegetables sometimes is silly. Except vegetables have some vitamins that some people might be watching for. Going over 50 calories over your goal isn't going to hinder your progress. Even then, most people are always under their goal.0

I am pretty sure you burn about 5 calories just chewing a peice of gum for awhile. I think your are safe.0

I log my gum, but I do so because I chew gum when I want candy or sweets. . .so it helps me track when I want candy/sweets. Its a way to help me learn if there are triggers for sweets. . .but at 5 calories a piece it never impacts my caloric intake (and I have like 6 pieces a day too! 2 at a time)!0

The only reason I am logging my gum is to count every single calorie. As time goes on, I probably won't log it all.0

no doubt. 30 calories?
guaranteed everyone's log is out by more than that on a daily basis anyways unless they're weighing every single thing they put in their body.0 -
I log my gum...I say that it's a personal thing-- If you would like to log it, then log it.. If not, then I dont think it would make a HUGE difference. Hope you have a great day, whatever you decide :flowerforyou:0

No way will I log a stick of gum or celery!!!!!!!! You burn more calories chewing it than consuming it.0
