introducing myself

Hi I'm 5'7 and weight 162 but would like to get back to 152. A friend told of this site so I'm going to try it. I go to the gym regularly and have had personal training twice. I just have sticking to the correct food plan, so hopefully this will help. Because of post menopause I know my metabolism has slowed way down too, so makes this more difficult. But I'm willing to try.

    Hi I'm 5'7 and would like to get back down to 152-155 lbs. A friend told me about this site so I'm going to try it. I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week. I just have trouble sticking to the correct food plan, so hopefully this will help. Because of a serious health problem since September it's difficult for me to work out 5 days a week like I used to. So I'm hoping this food journal will help me stay on track with calories.
