Well, I started out my MFP journey at 191 and I'm now a little lower than 175!!! January 2011 to March 31, 2011! It's not a ton, but I'm happy to see some results! I'm on my way!

    Yay for you! Great job! 16 pounds in 3 months is very good! My favorite is looking at how sad before pics are, and how happy you are now! Its great to look back and see just how upset you were before. It is validation that you did something good!
