    Applebees-they have the weight watchers menu and it is smaller portions.

    If you are from Canada, Ontario the pickle barrel has some calorie controlled meals now and we have Appleby's too, I will try it, Thanks.

    You can go to healthydiningfinder.com and put in your zip code or city. It will give you a list(not complete) of restaurants in your area that offer healthy menu choices with a list of menu items with nutritional information.
