    Thanks everyone. I like to say the following things.....
    "make no excuses and together, we can do anything"
    "life happens, it's how we choose to handle it that matters"
    "even if you have a lot of physical limitations, just move your body in some way every day"

    My best advice would be to move your body everyday and to eat at least half of your exercise calories.
    Eat a balance diet and enjoy food. It's not the enemy.
