MY NAME IS LATISHA AND IM 25 YRS OLD, I HAVE STRUGGLED WITH MY WEIGHT ALL THROUGH HIGHSCHOOL , BUT WANTS I GRADUATED IT GOT WORSE. I HAVE A TENDACY TO NOT EAT THEREFORE WHEN I DO EAT I CAN DOUBLE WEIGHT, LAST SUMMER I WAS 296 POUNDS AND NOW IM 269. MY GOAL IS TO GET UNDER 200 AND STAY THAT WAY AND TO BE HEALTHY . I STARTED GETTING IN SHAPE WITH MY BEST FRIEND AND ITS GREAT BECAUSE WE ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER, WE HAVE DONE DIETS AND JOINED GYMS BUT NEVER STUCK IT OUT, I FEEL THAT THIS SITE WILL HELP ME COUNT MY CALORIES AND CARBS BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON I CANT COMPLETELY GIVE UP CARBS AND WHEN YOU CUT SOMETHING OUT UR DIET COMPLETELY YOU TEND TO BINGE AND THEN CRASH, SO IM TRYING SOME NEW THINGS, I ALSO THOUGHT THAT TO LOOSE WEIGHT I SHOULD EAT LESS, BUT REALLY I LOST WEIGHT AND THEN GAINED IT BACK DOUBLE TIME, SO I HOPE THIS WORKS AND I REACH MY GOAL TO BE AT LEAST 200 OR LESS BY MY 25TH BIRTHDAY IN JULY

    I am the same way you are! I have struggled with weight since like middle school, and It's a terrible feeling, feeling as though you are in a body that you are not comfortable in.     Welcome! You sound like me with the exception of my weakness being sweets (icecream paticularly!) I found this site on my IPod free apps and had no idea what it really was until I visited the site!

    :smile: HI Latisha,I'm a newbie too and like you I want to lose weight in time for my next birthday in July..I am 26 and would like to be slim and healthy in time for 27th in July.Perhaps we can egg each other on til our next birthdays.

    I have a serious weakness for fried foods and McDonalds.
