It's not bbq sauce, but Frank's Red Hot sauce has 0 calories. Lots of sodium and that hotness makes me more hungry...but that might be something to concider0

Ingredients:
1/4 cup canned tomato sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. brown sugar (not packed)

Check out Walden Farms and see if they sell close to you..no carbs, no calorie and something else(lol) they also have chocolate sauces, carmel, pancake syrup, mayo and ketchup. I think its just WaldenFarms.com0

I use soy sauce, finely chopped green onions, garlic and Japanese noodle soup base (you can also use any flavor soup base in a jar or vegetable base for vegan or vegetarian dishes) no calorie sweetener and a dash of sesame seed oil.
Add the sweetener till you make the soy and soup base as sweet as you like.
This can be used as a marinade or a sauce if you reduce it. It is great on chicken, beef and pork. I also use it when I saute extra firm tofu. (Make sure that you let the water drain out of the tofu)0
