Low calorie bbq sauce...???

I love making chicken and veggie kabobs with bbq sauce. Anyone know of any low cal bbq sauce?

    It's not bbq sauce, but Frank's Red Hot sauce has 0 calories. Lots of sodium and that hotness makes me more hungry...but that might be something to concider

    Stubb's BBQ Sauce 30 calories per 2 TBSP serving! 0 fat 4g sugar (super low for bbq)!

    Cookies Original is only 35 Calories for 2 TBS.

    sweet baby rays brown sugar bbq is 70 cals for 2tbs but i never use that much anymore.

    HG's Not-So-Secret BBQ Sauce

    PER SERVING (half of recipe, about 3 tbsp.): 37 calories, 0g fat, 347mg sodium, 9g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 8g sugars, <1g protein -- POINTS® value 1*

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup canned tomato sauce
    2 tbsp. ketchup
    2 tsp. brown sugar (not packed)
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    Directions:
    Mix well. (That's it!)

    Check out Walden Farms and see if they sell close to you..no carbs, no calorie and something else(lol) they also have chocolate sauces, carmel, pancake syrup, mayo and ketchup. I think its just WaldenFarms.com
  • I use soy sauce, finely chopped green onions, garlic and Japanese noodle soup base (you can also use any flavor soup base in a jar or vegetable base for vegan or vegetarian dishes) no calorie sweetener and a dash of sesame seed oil.

    Add the sweetener till you make the soy and soup base as sweet as you like.

    This can be used as a marinade or a sauce if you reduce it. It is great on chicken, beef and pork. I also use it when I saute extra firm tofu. (Make sure that you let the water drain out of the tofu)
