    Wow! Congratulations on your success! YOu look sooo good! Tell me what your secret it pls! Did you follow the calories for weight loss based on 2 lbs per week or 1? Did you eat your exercise calories? Did you use hrm or this site to monitor calories burned? What was your average net calorie intake? Sorry to ask so much...just struggling here! :)
