Hi there.
I've just joined up following my sisters recommendation! She is a longtime MFP user and fan!
I don't have much left to lose, just the last half a stone. Managed to lose 2 stone last year from running and dieting but struggling to shift the last bit! It just will not budge!
So have decided to knuckle down with the diet and join up to MFP. Having had broken ribs for the last 4 weeks I've been unable to exercise so am looking forward to getting back on the fitness train. I find it difficult to just diet alone. I like my food too much! So I need to exercise a lot in order to have the foods I enjoy. So I've really struggled with being out of action recently.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to sharing my journey with you!
