My husband and I just started 1 day ago and enjoy this helpful guide. I would love to hear some good snacks to eat and not end up in the negatives by the end of the day.

WELCOME!!! This is such a good website/app. It has helped me so much! I would recommend foods high in protein and fiber. They fill you up and help keep your blood sugar balanced. The more you move (exercise in whatever form) helps to keep your calories in the black. Don't go too low so that you don't go into starvation mode. GOOD LUCK!!!0
