tracking exercise on 30 day shred ?

day 1 of 30 day shred.. not sure what to claim it as on exercise.... any thoughts?

    oh and 1 more question... i am at high altitude.. 6700 ft... do i get to count more cal burned?? :happy: pretty please?

    most people (including me) log it under circuit training general 20 minutes . . .and I don't know about the high altitude, but I think it should!!!!

    30 day shred is circuit training. most all jillians dvds are classified as circuit training
  • In answer to your first question, I stick it under circuit training-general. Try and keep the duration as accurate as you can; if you take a break or stop early, you won't burn as many calories.

    As far as your second question is concerned, I don't think there is much of a difference but you never know.
