I just wanted to say hey! I am so glad to have found this tool to help me stay on track. I also wanted to start off by sharing a recipe I found & tried last night. Only 308 calories and so easy to make!:happy:
Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Plain non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup Skim milk
1/2 package Hidden Valley Ranch Ranch Dressing Mix
Preparation
Combine yogurt, milk and ranch mix, mix well. Put chicken in plastic sealable bag, pour yogurt mixture over it. Seal and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Grill over medium flame 20 minutes, or until done, turning once.
Nutrient Information
308 Calories
3 g Total Fat
1 g Saturated Fat
1 g Polyunsaturated Fat
7 g Carbohydrates
59 g Protein
21 RE Vitamin A
3 mg Vitamin C
165 mg Calcium
458 mg Sodium

Hello I have just recently become a member and would like to say hello to you all and good luck with all of your life goals. I have a very hard time sticking to diets because I am a bit of a junk food junkie and I recently quit smoking:smokin: , which by the way isn't a good ideal if your going to give up all of your other vices as well. I am doing well though, I am toying with new recipies and having a lot of fun.
