When you exercise, your calories increase but does that also increase the other things? Like sodium..fat..carbs...or should you still try to stay around the number given?

I was wondering that too. I think that if you are eating more then it makes sence that it would...0

It increases the big three (carbs, fat, and protein) but the others stay the same - no more sodium for you!0

All of my dietary items on MFP go up automatically when I add my exercise calories - sodium included.
When you workout, you sweat and lose sodium - thus you need more. I think it kind of makes sense...0 -

Just switch things around so that you don't see sodium. Then you can eat as much sodium as you want.0 -

It could be not increasing sodium because you have custom goals, maybe? Not sure if you do or not but I know I customized my goals and my sodium does not increase with exercise. MFP sets your sodium using standard accepted guidelines but for me (with HBP) I set my sodium to much lower and it doesn't go up with exercise. Other I do eat a little more sodium on heavy exercise days than my "normal" goal of 1600 mgs a day.0
