Hello,

I am Erin and I am here to lose a lot of weight., I have some health issues that would be better if I lost some weight, I need some serious support, my husband is a military man so he is in good shape.

    Welcome fellow Ohioan! I'm getting fit in Cleveland. This site is great, I am down 13lbs since the beginning of Feb. and have about 30 or so tp go. Thank goodness spring is finally here, right?? Longer walks with the dog, less time in front of the TV.

    Hello! I am also from the Cincinnati area. I decided that I needed to change my lifestyle for my health as well. I have been at it for just over three months and I feel so much better already. Hang in there and look forward to good things.
