Hi all, hope you are all well?
I decided to join MFP through a friends recommendation and so far Im loving it.
I have 2 stone to lose, which completely shocked me when I finally decided to weigh myself, my 2nd child is almost 5 years old and i have been needing to lose the rest of the baby weight ever since, although at one point I only had a stone to go and somewhere out of nowhere another stone has crept on.
Unfortunately for me I have recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia so up until a year ago I was very active swimming, jogging, walking and the gym. As this has limited me extremely to what I do I think this may be where the extra stone has appeared from!! Fibromyalgia at the moment is controlling pretty much most of what I do, when I hurt I dont want to do anything and when I dont hurt and exercise, even if very gentle can make me hurt for days on end
I hate having photos taken of me and sadly to say that I havent been in hardly any in the past 5 years because I hate how I look in them. Not particularly nice when I have children and we share such fab times together.
Im trying slowly to do some exercise and hope with help from MFP that I will gradually shift the weight and feel happier with myself again.

Hi, I have 2 children too and need to lose all my baby weight. I used both pregnancies as excusses to eat whatever I wanted, and don't seem to have changed my mindset since. I've been using the app for the last couple of weeks and now want to chat with others about it too. I will add you.0
