How do I count the calories for....

Grains, such as quinoa and amaranth, have nutritional info listed as per 1/4 cup, and I'm wondering if it's for cooked or before cooked amounts. I might normally assume it's for cooked, but the calorie count is so high that I wonder (and hope) that it is for the dried measurements. Anyone know?

I think those are dry calorie amounts. It seems to me I read it in a topic a while back. I don't recall what the answer was however if you check back in posts I bet you can find it.0
