What's your favorite HRM, why, and where did you get it? :glasses:

  • I love my New Balance N4. It was a reasonable price 69.99 and had a chest strap which is more accurate. I got it at Target.

After reading lots of forums and reviews. I got the Polar FT7. I haven't had it long but I LOVE IT! It's ridiculously simple to use and seems very accurate. I found it online for $75! I also love that it stores my past workout information.

do either of those allow input of age, gender, height, and weight? I have a Timex with a chest strap but it doesn't allow for age, gender, or height. I want to buy a new one that allows input of all four so that I get a better calorie burn count. Any suggestions?

Thanks so much for your input! I had put this on my wall too and it seems that Polar had the most votes. It does allow for gender, height, weight, age. I bought the Polar ft7 at ****'s Sporting goods. It was 109.99
