I just want to complain for just a second or 32. I've been doing the shred now for 12 days and have done 10 workouts. . . I've been tracking my cals/food and trying my best to drinka ton of water...I feel like my body is changing but my scale is stubborn as an ox! I'm turning up my cals...I've been stuck at the same weight +/- 4 lbs... Oh and hello left collar bone (my right side ALWAYS pops out first all the way up and down my body) . . . Here's my silly part---I know I've lost armit fat..not the chicken wing part..when I go to put my hair up or something where I raise my hands my armpits look more lean! LMFAO HAHAHA....okay I'm done moaning. . .

I hope everyong has a great rest of the weekend! =0)

Thanks for listening if ya got this far! LOL

Take some measurements you may not be losing lbs but you may be losing inches!

OK--I have to laugh b/c I, too, have gained FAB looking armpits, but still have some wings goin on! It took me almost 2 months of consistantly working out (part of that was Shred) before I finally lost some "span" on my wing area.

But yeah--your body is still probably just in shock a bit and not ready to "let go" of those fat-hostages we all carry around. Keep kicking @ss and it'll get the message that you don't negotiate over hostages

Well I guess I lost lactic acid weight overnight...down to 180 this morning! I was 233 last August! I should complain more often!
