I know what you mean...Ill share some of my recipes and you do the same maybe we can come up with some new ideas lol
Fried green Beans
2Cans Busch greenBeans with Potatoes
2 Slices Turkey bacon
Garlic
onions( handful) chopped
Olive Oil Spray
saute onion, garlic, and bacon in frying pan until done and add drained cans of beans Cook until done 15min
I also do Fresh spinach the same way it is YUM Another good one is the Asian Chicken helper I use spray olive oil and use egg beaters so it cuts calories and Fat I also use theTyson fully cooked chicken strps in the freezer section cuts the time in half the chicken is also good with the stirfry veggies add some soy or teriyaki and it is also yummy The Tai Pei vegetable Eggrolls are a plus for either dish and there only 19Carbs 7grams of fat so your not killing your diet at the end of the day I also LOVE the Lean Quisine Taquitos they have asian and mexican flavors People at my work the other day said What is that awesome smell in the breakroom It smells too good to be healthy lol I also cook alot of Fish mainly tilapia because its the lowest in Protein I dont know abot you but I find that at the end of the day I still have alot of calories I can eat but very little protien so I end up eating a salad or veggies cause I cant have meat uugh I really have to juggle what foods I eat which gets a little frustrating but Its all worth it when I step on the scales lol0
