Sure you can lose a lot of wate weigh by reducing your soidum intake. The question is, is are you going to be able to maintain a sodium intake of 1500 on a regular basis?
I am in around there on my sodium intake, but for me I eat a lot of fresh whole foods that aren't packaged (sauces, beans, soups tv dinner and restaurant foods).
I'm just saying it's a lifestyle choice, and if you can do that it will help, but if you are doing it to get to the magical number of 105, and then reintroduce the soidum to 2500, you might see that weight come back on.0 -
well i can stick to it, i actually did lower sodium before i started MFP but then it said i could have 2500 so i changed it...i'm a person who sticks with goals, lol0
