Exercise in the holidays

My children are off school for a month, so I can't go running, and my aerobics and circuits classes are off for the next 5 weeks with holidays, May bank holiday and the Royal Wedding bank holiday. What am I going to do?! I can't go 2 days without exercise, let alone 4 weeks! I have the 30 day shred, but I need aerobic exercise. What can I do with small children around (3 and 5 years). Running around after them clearly isn't going to cut it, as I didn't lose weight for 5 years doing that.

Jump rope, jumping jacks, sit ups, etc. Or better yet, turn on some music and just dance. Get your kids involved, too. I'll bet they'd have a lot of fun just going crazy and dancing with you. And the benefit is, they'll probably be ready for a nap sooner, too.

Get them to sit on your back and do push ups!
