(I have been on this website for about 5 days and I have posted a few topics but I figured I should introduce myself)
Hey everyone! My name is Mariah and I am 19 years old. I am really intrigued by this website, and I am so excited to start this new journey in my life. I am currently around 165-175 pounds. I honestly do not know my weight due to the fact that every scale is telling me something different. But, I do know that I would love to lose around 40 pounds which would put me at 125-135.. Which I am totally happy with either one! I do exercise a lot, but I definitely try to hide my exercise with fun. I play disc golf with my boyfriend (which is about a two hour game which burns almost 900 calories!!). And I also coach cheerleading, which is a passion of mine, and is a very active sport, so I do the exercises with the girls and I make up the routines. I also do yoga daily for only about 30-60 minutes (depending on my amount of free time), and I love it. I am trying to eat a lot better, and trying to also eat organic foods. Not only do I want to lose weight, but I want to be overall more healthy. I am not a wealthy person at all, so my monthly food budget is around $350. So, it is incredibly difficult to be able to buy foods that I can make that are also good for me. It is way too easy to eat fast food and junk when I am on a budget. But, I am really trying to limit my fast food intake, and make more meals for my little family of 2.
Basically, I am here to log in my food intake, my exercise, and meet lots of new people that are on the same journey that I am! I would love to make some new friends! So I would love to meet any of you and send me a friend request
