Just made this for dinner tonight and thought I'd share because it was YUMMY! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/03/chicken-and-mushrooms-in-garlic-white.html

I made some brown rice and sauteed spinach to go with it. So good and so healthy!

    OMG, I made this on Thursday night with some barley and peas and carrots. The family loved it. I love that website. This week I'm trying the chicken with spinach and roasted red peppers.

    I am going to try at least one or two new recipes a week. I have also tried the Asian Glazed Drumsticks, and the Petite Turkey Meatloaves. Nothing has disappointed me yet.

    Made this tonight and it was great! I didn't dredge the chicken in flour (didn't see any reason for it...). Very tasty, lots of flavor and above all, the step kids that are here for spring break liked it! Whoohooo!
