Hey guys I am sorry. I had an extremely long day at work and just crashed when I got home:
I will do level 2 day 1 today, but weigh in and take measurements and leave them here!

Hey there!! Not a problem...I'm sure we've all had days like that. Here are my measurements after day 10:
Waist: 38.25
Hips: 46.75
Thighs: 29
Arms: 13.5
Calves: 18
Lost 1.6lbs0 -

3.5 inches overall....mostly in the stomach area how'd you do?0

Ok, just realized you guys were doing level I...go figger... I will start level 2 tomorrow since I've been doing level 1 for some times now. Hopefully I can keep up, if not I'll do what I can. I have gotten great results with level 1 and it's time to step it up. Deep sigh:-):wink:0

my measurements:
Waist: 36 (-2.5 inches in 10 days)
Hips: 46.5 (1.5 inches in 10 days)
Thighs: 24 (-4.0 inches in 10 days)
Arms: 13 (-1.5 inches in 10 days)
Calves: 15.5 (-2.5 inches in 10 days)
Also the largest part of my stomach has lost about 2-4 inches too!!

I finished level 1 last night and will do measurement tonight before I start level 2. I sure hope to see some inches lost. I'm up in weight from last week, so definately no pounds lost.0 -

When I got sick I was on L2D5 I had lost 6 lbs and 6 inches.I gained it all back while I was sick.
I joined back in on this thread on L1 but it was too easy so I jumped to D2L1. Tomorrow will beD5L2. I will weigh in every saturday morning since the month ends on a Saturday. I am glad we are all doing this!
