i have found that sometimes once youve recorded all your food in your food diary and then afterwards you put in your water intake its makes the estimated weight that you would weigh if you ate and drink like that everyday go lower. does any1 know why? On my food diary it seems that the more water i have drank that day seems to make my estimated weight go lower? if u understand what i mean???x

I guess its a case of flushing you out? just tried it...added 9 glasses and it took 8lbs off! I never log my fluids but then my prediction hasnt been right for a long long time with my weight loss stopping and starting all the while.0

water helps flush the bad out of your system. the more water you drink the less salt (causing water weight) and excess protien and fat your body will absorb helping you to loose more weight over time. they suggest 8cups a day but you should always try to drink 1/2 your body weight in oz0

i never noticed that.
but it does make sense because drinking a lot of water does help you lose weight. im not sure why exactly- i just know that it does. maybe something about the frequent cycle of getting rid of the toxins in your body, helping digestion, etc.
my friend started drinking 10 glasses of water a day and she's actually losing weight, she didnt even change the foods she's eating or anything. it doesnt work for me unfortunately because i think my body just got used to a stable water intake as ive been drinking 8+ cups of water a day since i can remember myself.

lol i drink a lot of water but rarely log it, it seems.
There is NO way i would ever get sleep or get any work done, though, if i drank half my weight in water oz....lol0
