Riot by Three Days Grace has a serious build that makes you really push it during the chorus. Good stuff.

Strangely, and I hate myself for it, I love working out to abba. Shoot me. =)

I use a program called Mixmeister BPM Analyzer, you drag and drop your songs into it and it analyzes beats per minute. Really helps to keep your heart rate constant. Love it.

I am not quite old enough to be Rihanna's nana, but almost. She can get me going faster than I should be going with Breakin Dishes, Disturbia, Hard, Only Girl in the World, Pon De Replay, S&M, SOS or Umbrella. Other songs that can get me going include:

Tupac-All Eyes on Me, Loyal to the Game, Can't C Me
    P Diddy-Bad Boy for Life
    Drowning Pool-Bodies
    Miss Lawrence-Closet Freak
    Chris Brown-Forever, Yeah 3X
    Kerri Hilson-Get Your Money Up
    TI-Live Your Life
Timbaland & Miley Cyrus-We Belong to the Music
and always, without a doubt- Guns & Roses-Sweet Child of Mine
  • Flo Rida-club can't handle me
Rhianna-only girl in the world, pon da replay, disturbia
The ting tings-Shut up and let me go
    My chemical romance-I'm not okay
30 seconds to mars (Anything from them, I LOVE them haha but I'd say the kill and attack.)
    La Roux- bulletproof, tigerlily
Cobra Starship-guilty pleasure, snakes on the plane, city is at war
    Taking back sunday-make damn sure
    One Republic-apologize, marching on, secrets
Maroon 5- harder to breathe, through with you
    Usher-yeah
Cee lo Green-Forget you (But I listen to the non clean version haha)
    Ricky Martin-livin la vida loca
    Natalia Kills-mirrors

And a tonnn more haha my playlist is hugggeee for working out!
