Hi all,

I am "K", 27 , 178cm and 80kg - I have a big belly and fat all round - I am look to loose at least 10kg in the next 6 month.
Anyone here around Hanwell area? I am looking for a friend to go GYM with - Goldsgym hanwell

    have you just tried joining the one at gurnel? then you have the pool aswell?
