    Thanks Tracey, Its brilliant, I have been rubbish at dieting for too many years n I dont know whats happened to me but I just feel great about this, were poppin out on a bike ride this afternoon n usually I would be happy t let my son play on the computer n get peice n quiet so not only is it goin to benefit me he is going to too, hes not too happy bout gettin dragged of his xbox, but tough!!!! lol

    Hi Elaine..I've been here a few weeks now but have only just got myself into the exercise stuff...I used to do it all the time but stopped for some reason....I need all the motivation I can too!
