We went to my boyfriends moms house this weekend. I left friday after work and came back today. Well friday and saturday i ended up going way over my calorie limit. That and i drank diet soda with caffeine so i was wired for a while and ended up with a headach. Its nice to go their but its horrible if you want to loose weight. Today i am still in my calorie limit and am back home so i can exercise again. But i get my period this week which i am not looking forward too at all. I'm gonna be craving lots of choclate and junk food, which i hopefully will beable to avoid.

I over ate this weekend too. I had it planned ahead of time that I was going to. But just the same, it is important to get back on track. Yippee for both of us for getting back on track. I did learn one thing this weekend and it is that I do not miss that over full feeling. I have realized I am not missing anything. Okay, with you period Mind over Matter. I have heard that B6 is good to take during your period it helps get rid of the bloat. You can make it through it.....Say no to chocolate....or atleast get something fat free to satisfy your cravings.

I had a rough weekend, and ate too much, but I ended up going out for a few walks and burnt more calories than I I was over - so here's to getting back on track and staying there :drinker:

Me too, and I'm regretting it now. My digestive system is in an uproar and I just added up all my calories and I ate enought to undo all the work I did all week (or almost two weeks). Oh well, nothing to do now but get back on track.

I do really well as long as I can stick to a routine, but anytime something causes the routine to fall apart, so do I.

I'm really going to have to work on that.
