My last few pounds are STUBBORN! They are coming off ever so slowly. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get over this last hump? It's most frustrating, as I'm so close, yet so far away.

This I would like to know as well. I have been trying to get off this last 10 pounds for a year now....and other than slight fluctuations a pound in either direction, nothing is getting it off!!!0

I'm in the same boat! I'm mixing up my workouts and eating more of my exercise calories, but the scale is so stubborn! I'd like some tips too!0

Make sure you are eating CLEAN and maybe try upping to 50% protein, 30% carb and 20% healthy fat for a couple weeks. And also, it's a fine line between eating too much and eating too little. I've seen people who are getting close to goal weight have to INCREASE their calories to give their bodies the fuel it needs and MORE weight comes off. Good luck!0

try and drink more water and intake less sodium because i have found sometimes even if you drink more water it seems like salt alway conquors all0

1500 + exercise cals has been working for me so far. And I should have thought of this earlier...
160-150= 1200 base+ some exercise cals
---STALLED for 5weeks--
150-135 1400 plus some exercise cals
--STALLED for 4 months--
Now I bumped it up to 1500 base and most of my exercise cals and I hit 127 this morning.
I even had a cliff bar last night at 9pm (240 cals and 50 carbs) and I STILL saw a loss this AM.
Your body is going to adapt to the low calories you are taking in, like survival mode. Once you up them 100-200 a day your body is going to think, "PHEW, there is food coming in...I don't have to hold on to every ounce of food for deal life!!"0 -
Jillian Michael's Smart Tip: If you're looking to shed those last 10-20lbs, you need to increase the intensity of your workouts. I don’t want to see you carrying a conversation on with some good looking guy or girl next to you on the elliptical. I want you breathless, heart pumping, working around 85% of your MHR. Then cut the booze, processed foods, reduce sodium to 1500mg a day & up your water intake to 80oz. Voila - skinny jeans!0

Thanks for the tips. I'm doing TurboFire so my workouts vary from day to day. I'm going to try decreasing sodium to 1500 and add a little strength training, although I have NEVER done strength training even though I know I need to, so I haven't a clue where to start. All I've got is some 5lb dumbells and I have resistance bands I use for some of my workouts, as well as 1lb weighted gloves. Any suggestions? Thanks again for all your feedback.0

I really got into strength training through a bodypump class. Then I started doing circuits with 10lbs dumbells and more free weights.0

There are a Tone and Sculpt class in the TurboFire schedule. They are a good introduction to strength training. :-)0
