So this might seem like a silly victory - but I am SO excited because I have been feeling SO motivated! - this past week (the week before TOM none the less!!) I have stayed ON TRACK, worked out EACH day (rest day was Sunday) and overcame my overeating on the weekends && the chocolate/greasy food TOM cravings! I feel GREAT and so motivated to continue on the path!! Just thought I'd share that with everyone because to me - this is a victory!
