I just joined the site on Monday, it is so cool. If there is anyone with great tips and/or in the area that would like to have/provide support, let me know, I'll take all the help I can:flowerforyou: . I am down 4 lbs from my last weight in, yeah!! Good luck to all!!

    Not from Detroit, but new to fitnesspal. Great so far, my goal is to look like I did before gaining (85 and thats being generous) pound with my first child. Right before I got pregnant I did a program called Body for Life and I got into great shape. I keep that picture on my profile so I have something to look forward to :) Good luck to all!!!!
