Dance workout dvds

Hey there!!

I just wanted to spice my workout up a bit and wanted to do some dance workout dvds.

Does anyone use those? I know there is Zumba (but right now cannot afford that), are there any other cheeper ones that people are using.

    You could always look some up on youtube I am sure there are some there.
    I do have Zumba for my PS3 Move and it is great. I love it.

    Hip Hop Abs!!! Its fun and the music is good.....Plus Shawn T isnt bad to look at lol!

    I agree, Hip Hop Abs is a blast! Plus Shawn T isn't one of those boring instructor's.. He is very encouraging and actually breaks a sweat. I hate work out tapes where they aren't sweating, It's not natural!!

    I have Hip Hop Abs, and it's way fun. I do that when I need to work out but don't feel like doing squats, lunges, blah blah blah. It gets you up and movin' having a good time. :) There's one I got at a dollar store a while back too called Ultimate Dance Aerobics. It's way fun too. Like they're just teaching you a dance routine. You might be able to find it on ebay or Amazon...

    I don't know the pricing for the dvd's. But if you have a wii you can do the zumba dance game. I like Just Dance.

    I recently bought Just Dance 1 and 2, as well as Michael Jackson for the Wii. Mind you there are about $50, but after 4 or 5 songs - I am sweatin and feel really good afterwards!

    wow so thanks so much for the suggestions!! I have looked on youtube but there workouts aren't very long! When I head out today though I will keep an eye out for the ones you guys have listed!!
