hi can anyone advise me i keep getting to a certain weight then put about 5lb back on then going back :noway:

Hi, if you're doing cardio, try switching it up to "shock" your body. That sometimes helps. If you keep doing the same exercises every day for weeks on end, your muscles develop "muscle memory" and you want to break that cycle. Try switching up your exercises every 6 weeks. Hope this helps. Also, are you drinking enough water? That's my downfall! I KNOW I don't get enough water.0
