My net is only 717 and its already 8 pm!! How am I supposed to eat 800 more calories??

  • Peanut Butter!! Eat it on some apples or on some bread or crackers!! easy to get the calories and healthy

    Maybe nuts, trail mix or peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Those are all pretty healthy yet calorie dense. Wish I had that problem! ;) Good luck!

    Fruit Smootie!! Super easy to make and probably around 300 to 400 cal.

    Just my opinion and it's not a popular one. I wouldn't FORCE myself to eat a ton, but I would try to make it to at least a 1200 net

    I agree that I wouldn't force yourself to eat (especially if it's only a once in awhile occurance) but if it were me I'd have a smoothie, or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or both!!

    I have to agree with prev. post. I'd get atleast your max "regular" calories in and not worry about eating the exercise calories. I think that will be better for you in the long run. JMHO

    Agreed with the above posts. It's 8:00pm. Not sure what time you go to bed, but eating close to your bedtime isn't really that great of an idea either. Maybe find something that can get you to a safe number (1200) but don't force it down. Just make sure that you have a healthy go-to when something like this happens in the future.
