Tracking exercise question??

Those of you who are doing the 30 Day Shred how are tracking your progress in MFP under exercise? I am doing the 30DS but havent logged it at all because I'm not sure really what to put it under so it looks like I'm always negative in my daily calories but I shouldnt be with the calories I burn doing the workout. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:flowerforyou:

    I know a lot of us list it as circuit training.

    I log it under circuit training.

    Yeap, circuit training unless you have an HRM. If you do, enter the 30Day S as a new exercise in your exercise diary and log the calories registered in your HRM every time that you do the routine.
