    I did fire 30 and burn 3 today
    510 calories on the HRM!

    I did Stretch 40 this after noon and now just finished up Fire 45 (New to class) and Stretch 10.

    Second time doing Fire 45 and always 15-20 min in I want to quit, but I keep pushing!

    i'm doing a TF/Insanity/P90X combo of sorts, started today!

    HIIT 20 and ab ripper x today, holy moly, 515 cals burned on the HRM

    I stayed on schedule for the first 7 weeks then it started feeling like a "job" so lately I've been doing whatever one I have time for. Today I did fire 30 and yesterday I did HIIT 20. Maybe next Monday I'll get back on the right schedule but if I hate doing it I know I'll just quit all together.

    Turbo is great, but I like to mix it up too! We do a cardio and then a strength training the next day...ab's are thrown in at least 3 times a week. We do combinations of P90x, Insanity and Turbo Fire (just added this one)! Can't seem to loss the weight, but at least I feel firmer, can do more push up's than ever before and I can hang much longer doing cardio!
