So, I am strongly considering starting http://e-mealz.com/.
I was going to try the portion control for 2.

Has anyone else used e-mealz before? Did it help or hinder your weight loss? How was the calorie count on the meals?

i am interested in knowing this too! I heard about this on the Dave Ramsey show, and have just never gotten around to signing up. Seems like a good idea! But I haven't heard any anecdotal experience with it.

I did it for a short time, but was not counting calories. I was doing WW. I liked it. I just lost interest.

I just started the family plan with the walmart shopping list. Way to much food for the 3 of us. I'm gonna change it to 2 people.

You can get something similar at sparkpeople.com that creates menus for you and is free and is based on healthy eating not just saving money. I think it is something you could try and then try to do on your own based on what your family likes to eat and wants to eat.
