:noway: Went shopping for the big birthday party in August and as you all know the mirrors in the dressing rooms
have no mercy. I took a long hard look at myself and said AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! that cannot be
me!! Well it took me a few months to recover from shock and take matters into my hands to decided I can be
slender again.

Was wondering if there are seniors out there who are on the same mission?

My brain keeps telling me that I'm somewhere between 12 and 16,
but the body parts keep reminding me that I'm in my 50s~

I don't buy into the "it's harder to loose weight, after menopause"
~you just have to find what works for you...

You can add me if you like, and good luck on your journey!

I'm about a decade behind you, but I decided to make some noticeable changes before I turned 50, and it was so worth it!
