New here been here 7 days. Love to socialize and meet new people. I started this fitness journal so i can keep track of what I eat and my exercise. My good friend Christina started me on this and so far I'm doing well. If there are any girls (i'm engaged guys) that would like to be friends here and exchange tips on excercise, recipes,etc feel free to message me. So far I've lost 10 lbs in 7 days. :happy: I love this i also have this on my cell phone as a app if im not home and out I can record my intake of food here on the spot. Thank you
