    3. NO popcorn at work unless planned into my day.

    I'm not going "official" on the list but boy do I need to get back on here!!! Going to strive to do my best and here's why....

    1. I am single again. It sucks but it's kinda like the first few weeks of any major change -- it's an adjustment. I'm forcing myself to remain single and try not to date at all. I need to focus on me. I have a new house and plenty of projects and want to better myself and read more and focus on the inner me.

    2. I've gained back 15lbs of the 50lbs I'd lost over two years. Took me two years to gain back this 15lbs but it's got to go. My eating habits are obviously eroding. No sir'ee. Not letting that continue.

    3. My new neighborhood has a community pool. I am unhappy with how I look in a swimsuit. THEREFORE, I want to change my body to be happy with how I look in a swimsuit. (I do not require perfection there, only comfort within my own skin.) I have a good two months till season opens. Plenty of time to tone up and get happy.

    4. My asthma is coming back. I was on 3 daily meds for it 4 years ago. My health changes made it magically disappear. That is insanely wonderful! Well it's coming back. NO. Period. I will NOT allow that. No more meds. Health is the only way for me.

    5. I do not have the money, or am not willing to allocate ANY money, for a new LARGER wardrobe. THERE! *hmph*

    So I'm going to check in. Track my weight on my own little entry here.

    I love my Sixers. I lost my 50 lbs with my Sixers. I know I can do it again.

    Hey Sixers. I will be in DC for the next couple days so I will do my official weigh-in on Thursday morning... I am going to try my best while eating out to maintain a loss on the scale... Hope you guys have a great weigh-in

    Weight is the same. Dang!!! Went for a great family walk yesterday. Me and the girls walked and ran a little over a mile. Hubby walked and ran about a 1 1/4 miles. Well, gotta fight the storm and get the girls to school. Hopefully I'll be on here later. Really needing some help. Have a great day ladies!!

    really frustrated this morning. just one of those weigh in where you don't know. but, you know life happens and it will ok. i think i still have times like PMS even though i lost the parts many years ago.
    shanell why are you struggling? glad donny is walking with you. i know it's so hard to do. you can do it. dig deep and find that passion again. love you.

    nothing but cleaning today. got new smells yesterday, so melting something new. bad storm this morning. i like a good storm. but, than again i don't have to go out in it. be safe everyone.

    Well, I gained 2.2 pounds over the past 2 weeks... Considering the amount of food I ate + the lack of exercise, I have to say I'm not too surprised. I (hopefully) will get back on track this week!

    Here are my goals:
    1) Get on MFP every single day!
    2) Limit snacking
    3) Exercise daily (even if it's just walking the dog)

    Shanell, great job on the loss, even if you are still holding the same weight as last week!!! It's not a gain! Look at that bright side! Have I told you lately how GREAT it was to meet you and your mom? Looking back at those pictures makes me smile!!

    Cathy, yay for the loss!!! I want to come down and see you and Shanell again :) It's not that far out of the question, since my childhood best friend lives there! Bad storms here too. I slept like a baby through them, haha.

    I did AMAZING yesterday until about 10:30p. I should have gone to bed but instead I ended up eating half a bag of Quaker crunchy thingies. Even though I ate about 3 freakin' servings, I'm glad it was something low(er) calories. Only did about 400 calories damage. Could have been much worse.

    I need grapes in my house. I am going to try to pick them up from the store Thursday night. If I need to binge or simply stuff my face, grapes are the way to go for me. Healthy enough. If I need to binge, it's gotta be on healthy foods.

    Well...weight is the same this week, which I totally won't complain about since I seriously thought the scale would be up today. BUT...this week I'm back to it!! Last night I shredded and went for a run! YAY! Feeling great!!

    Plan today:
    Food--
    B-Honey Kix, skim milk, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
    S-Banana, cereal bar
    L- Tuna salad on light wheat with spinach, light yogurt, baby carrots
    S-Grapefruit
    D-Homemade crockpot salsa chicken with rice and corn
    S-?? Probably 2 reduced fat graham crackers

    Exercise--

    2 mile run

    Man today was a realy rough day. Yesterday both the girls that work with me went home early throwing up. Today, neither came in, so I was the run running the whole shipping office. I was happy and ready for the challenge until I went and worked out. Then, I came back tired and cranky. I thought exercise was supposed to cheer you up and make you feel great. I'm always tired afterwards. I did really good on my eating today. Including exercise calories, I have 800 left for the night. So I guess I can have my ice cream then huh? Hehehe.

    I hope tomorrow is a better day. I have just felt like a zombie. Get up, go to work, come home, cook, clean, and then bedtime. Man I can't wait till vacation in July!!!

    I feel like I have somehow bruised my ankle and had to stop in the middle of a step class on Monday, so I took off yesterday. Not sure if I'm going to get my miles in for running this week as Tuesdays are usually my 6 mile day. Not even sure I'm gonna make it today either as it is still tender. Maybe try the elliptical or bike? We'll see. But it made it harder with the calories as I had no wiggle room, but it worked out. Let's see if I can do it again today.

    Totally forgot the scale this morning as I woke up late for work so I'll have to try and remember tomorrow. Since I put it away during the week to prevent myself from weighing everyday (and so my daughter doesn't see my obsession) out of sight, out of mind. But I'll put it out tonight before bed so I remember.
