Proper eating habits, a sensible diet, exercise and perserverance will make you drop significant weight, get healthy and stay fit for life.

Detoxs and 1 or 2 month diets won't have a permanent effect. Thik about it, you did something that cause your body to get to where it is now, to change that you need to change what you have been doing. Develop better habits. The solution isn't going to the bathroom 3 times a day for 2 weeks.

So I take it that you have been maintaining your weight after having your baby. What you want to do now is lose weight. To do that you need to change from a maintenance diet/lifestyle to a weight loss diet/lifestyle.

Weight loss is created a calorie deficit. You create a deficit by limiting the number of calories you eat and exercsing.

There is penty of information on proper nutrion and exercise on these boards. Good luck.
