I'm freeeeeeezing
freezing1.jpg

I've been wearing a cami, a sweater, AND a sweatshirt for over an hour and I'm just starting to warm up to 'normal' levels. My nose is still ice cold to the touch. (My house temperature is set to 68*. We try to conserve energy but don't dare go lower since we have a 3 y/o who kicks off her covers at night.)

I wear an undershirt and a dress shirt to work daily but still end up adding my jacket to the mix.

I'm just a popsicle! But you are right, LosingIt, it's not worth having those 43lbs back!!

On that advice, I've added another layer to my clothing.
I am wearing a cami, a sleeveless shirt, and a cardigan today.
So far so good on temperature control, but my office doesn't get cold for another hour or more, typically.

Also, I look like the friggin' Stay Puff Marshmallow Man.:indifferent:

I agree! Although I used to be constantly hot and that was way worse for me. Now I just can't feel my hands or feet most hours of the day.
