Anyways. He's not a biiiiig fan of pork tenderloin so I was wondering if any of you guys had an AWESOME AND HEALTHY recipe I could make tonight.... I'm thinking about chopping up some sweet potatoes and and bake them (yum sweet potato "fries")

I frequently make those together, actually I just add the smallest amount of EVOO (Thanks Rachel Ray haha) to my sliced sweet potatoes and bake them
As for the tenderloin, do you prefer sweet? hot? spicy? I cook tenderloin ALL the time, so Im like a walking talking encyclopedia of reasonings in my head0 -

It's delicious - my husband and I have had it several times.0 -
My mother makes hers with diced apples and sauerkraut in the slow cooker. Splenda's brown sugar in makes it sweet, not sour, and it's soooo delicious.0

This is almost how I grill mine and I love it. I have made it in the oven before but I have come to realize that Pork was made to be cooked outside on the grill. It brings out all the flavor, and the fat just melts away. MMmmmmm it is so good. Now my mouth is watering and I can't stop thinking about it. You can also wrap the sweet potatoes in foil and bake them on the grill as well. Good luck and let us know what you end up doing with it.0 -
